My ferret is named buddy and he is a year and a half old. I feed him marshall farms premium, sparkletts for the water. For the past 2 days he has been having diarrhea. I don’t know if this is part of the problem or not, but the same time his bathroom problem started he started trying to drag his water dish around with him. He has successfully knocked out all of the water multiple times now. His sister does not have any of the same problems here.

If there haven’t been any changes in what Buddy’s been eating, no new foods or treats, I’d suggest taking him in for a vet check. Diarrhea in ferrets can be serious, as they tend to dehydrate quickly. When diarrhea lasts for more then a day or so a vet check is in order. Be sure Buddy’s drinking, give some pedialyte, and get to the vet asap.
