She’s lethargic and wheezing. She wont eat very much, but she will eat her vitamin paste. Her cage was clean, she had food and water, and yet she will only lay there. Ive been giving her water and letting her rest in a basket with blankets next to me to keep her warm. She doesn’t really seems to be improving… She didn’t eat anything like bedding. Can someone please help me?

Call the vet and ask for advice. It’s worth taking a ferret into the vet if she isn’t getting any better. There’s a million things that could be wrong with her.
There are so many things that can go wrong in these beautiful creatures. In my experience, it sounds like maybe she has a furball in the belly. Keep her hydrated pedialyte if there is runny or mushy stool. Feed her some feralax, petromalt or if you do not have that on hand, regular vaseline on the front paws will work. Anyway you do it, get her to eat it, about 1/2 a teaspoonfull. You may have to feed some chicken with broth stage 2 baby food if she is not eating. These are all things you can do until you can get her to a vet for an xray. They tend to ingest a lot of hair in the spring from shedding and grooming. She may also caught a virus so antibiotics might be in order. If you take her outside, virus or parasites are possible. Please see a vet asap.
